RESORT REBRAND

MUSIC ROAD RESORT

This family-owned Resort consists of three properties, a Hotel, and Inn, and a Convention Center, in 2014 they decided to rebrand under one name.

CORPORATE IDENTITY & BRANDING

They had an original logo which then was simplified and rebranded under the new name. Then old logos and dated brand colors were eliminated as the new branding was incorporated on all new online and offline marketing.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

After the rebrand, all of the Resort photography, from amenities to property and room photos had to be retaken. Art direction was of critical importance to maintain the new Resort look and feel during many photo and video shoots. The highest level of creative direction for new lifestyle branding was directed from the photos, videos, through to the new ad campaigns and marketing.

WEBSITE

Soon after the rebrand a new website was launched which increased the online revenue dramatically. Then, to evolve in the industry, focus was put on mobile users since a new generation of guests were using the website. A few years later the newest website was introduced, fully responsive and integrated with a better booking engine along with improved SEO.

AD CAMPAIGNS

Seasonal online marketing campaigns were developed which consisted mainly of email campaigns and banner ad campaigns. When possible, videos were produced to also enhance the campaign and to show the fun guests could have at the Resort as well as at attractions in the area.

PRINT

Fresh, new photos and logos were implemented across all the offline marketing material, from in-room pieces, to print ads in magazines, signage, corporate letterheads and presentations, and more. There were also many specific pieces developed for the sales team to assist them discussing the Convention Center possibilities with their clients.

REPUTATION MANAGEMENT, GOOGLE MARKETING PLATFORM, EMAIL & STRATEGIC MARKETING

Ongoing projects continue with this client, from strengthening the reputation of the Resort online, creating marketing for various advertising avenues, and analyzing website, marketing and revenue data to find the best possible opportunities to sustain the brand and mission of this incredible Resort.
